To qualify for return or exchange, all applied items must remain completely unused, unoperated, unmodified and undamaged, retaining original brand-new conditions without any operation traces, internal dust accumulation or artificial damage. All original factory supporting accessories and packaging materials must be fully intact, including outer cartons, anti-collision foam, protective films, safety seals, product tags, labels, charging bases, filter accessories and user manuals. Custom personalized programmed products, customized functional modified equipment and final sale clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to customized attributes and special sales regulations. As precision intelligent electronic products with strict circuit safety and secondary sales standards, any robot vacuums that have been powered on for operation, disassembled, privately modified, artificially damaged, water soaked or improperly stored are ineligible for return and exchange. Products with shell scratches, sensor failure, circuit damage, worn accessories and obvious usage traces will be rejected for return applications to guarantee consistent product quality, stable functional performance and safe use experience for all customers. To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must submit an application through the official website portal with a valid order number and detailed problem description. After our professional team reviews and approves the application, customers will receive an official return authorization number and standardized return shipping guidelines. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping fees and transportation risks unless the product has factory defects, transit damage, wrong delivery or missing accessories caused by our warehouse errors. We strongly recommend using trackable logistics services and completely restoring original shockproof and anti-collision packaging during return shipment to prevent secondary structural damage and component failure, which will invalidate return qualifications. After we receive, inspect and confirm the returned product fully complies with official return standards, we will process refunds or store credit exchanges within three to five business days. All refunds will be returned through the original payment channel, and the specific arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of the corresponding payment institution. Direct exchanges for different styles or configurations are not supported; qualified returned products can only be converted into store credits for new purchases.
