We provide standardized, safe and professional global shipping services for all robot vacuum cleaner orders, adopting targeted anti-collision, shockproof and anti-extrusion packaging for precision intelligent electronic products to ensure complete appearance, intact accessories and stable functional performance after cross-regional transportation. All valid orders will be processed for warehouse sorting, strict quality inspection and professional reinforced packaging within one to three business days after successful payment confirmation. Warehouse operation and logistics arrangement will be suspended on weekends and official public holidays due to routine equipment maintenance and staff rest arrangements. As precision intelligent electronic equipment integrating motors, sensors, circuit boards and movable structural parts, robot vacuum cleaners are vulnerable to surface shell scratches, internal component loosening, sensor deviation and functional failure caused by transportation jolting, extrusion and collision. To avoid product damage in logistics transportation, we adopt exclusive customized industrial-grade packaging solutions for all products. Each sweeping robot is individually inspected for functional integrity before packaging to ensure normal operation of sensors, motors and navigation systems. The fuselage surface is pasted with professional scratch-resistant protective films, and vulnerable parts such as sensors, buttons and idler wheels are wrapped with soft buffer materials for targeted protection. The whole machine is fixed with customized internal support fillers to prevent shaking, displacement and structural collision inside the package. Multi-layer thickened shockproof bubble cotton and anti-collision hard corner guards are used for all-round wrapping, and the packaged product is placed in thickened waterproof and compression-resistant hard cartons. All gaps inside the carton are fully filled with buffer fillers to eliminate internal shaking during long-distance transit, effectively protecting the precision internal components and overall structure of the intelligent equipment. After completing standardized quality inspection and sealed reinforced packaging, the system will automatically generate a unique tracking number and send a shipping confirmation notice, allowing customers to check real-time logistics transit status and delivery progress online at any time. Standard domestic shipping takes four to seven business days for door-to-door delivery, while international shipping requires ten to eighteen business days due to cross-border customs clearance procedures, international logistics scheduling and local terminal distribution efficiency. All delivery times are estimated reference values, and uncontrollable delays may occur due to extreme severe weather, strict customs inspection, logistics peak congestion and carrier operational backlogs. Our logistics team will actively track abnormal logistics dynamics and provide timely follow-up assistance. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on package weight, volume and delivery region, with qualified orders eligible for regular free shipping promotions. All international import taxes and clearance fees shall be borne by the recipient in accordance with local official regulations.
